Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
